Manufacturing, testing & certified welding
We specialize in custom production of stainless steel and carbon steel tanks tailored to the customer’s specific requirements. We work directly with 3D technical drawings provided by the client and place strong emphasis on high-quality workmanship. The entire production process – from purchasing materials from verified suppliers with 3.1 B certificates, through precise assembly, up to final surface treatments including painting – is carried out in-house. The quality of welds is the cornerstone of reliability for every product. We use exclusively certified welding procedures compliant with European standards (EN ISO 15609-1), including welding process qualification (EN ISO 3834-2). All welding is supervised by a certified welding inspector (EN ISO 14731).

- for weld inspection, we perform non-destructive testing – visual (VT), radiographic (RT), ultrasonic (UT), penetrant (PT) and magnetic particle (MT) testing.
- for coating inspection, we can arrange a cross-cut adhesion test of the paint layer.
- we also provide a WHG certificate according to German regulations, ensuring professional execution of every weld with maximum strength, tightness, and quality control.
